It's About Engagement & Experience

Employee engagement is the extent to which employees feel passionate about their career, are committed to the organization, and put extra effort into their work.  Engagement can be nurtured and improved or it can rejected. Employers that are successful create conditions where employees contribute their highest potential.

More than just monitoring employee commitment and satisfaction, employee experience looks at the entirety of their interactions with your organization. This includes everything from pre-hire to post-exit.

An organization’s benefits offer several critical pieces of the employee experience — total compensation and employee health. Benefits impact not only the way employees feel about their total compensation, but also how easily they’re able to manage their health, well-being, and personal finances.

Patients as Consumers

Nearly half of all Americans suffer from at least one chronic disease. This often requires regular intervention. Having a good experience with employer-provided healthcare means that employees will be healthier, more productive, and more engaged. Your employees' level of engagement - their mindset and behavior when they come to work each day - has a major impact on how they view your company.

Employees emphatically lack sophistication as health care purchasers. Research shows that when employees face high upfront payments, they frequently skip services, some that are critical to their long-term health and productivity.

The average total cost of employer-provided health coverage passed $20,000 for a family plan in 2019. With employers largely picking-up the bill, they must move to develop informed, confident and prepared consumers. It is our goal to empower employees to better navigate the complex health care landscape.  This can't be achieved with just fancy posters, raffles and an informative benefits guide.  It requires one-to-one patient intervention and in investment in developing responsible consumers. We are prepared to make sure your people strategy is built to encourage, support and equip your team to thrive.
